OR/WA BLM SEEDLING PRODUCTION 2026; Oregon/Washington BLM
Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing a solicitation for seedling production in Oregon and Washington. The goal of this contract is to produce high-quality seedlings for reforestation and land management purposes. The BLM aims to support its mission of managing public lands for multiple uses while ensuring the sustainability of forest resources.

Work Details

- 004 Styro 10 (415D) Douglas-fir: 279 M
- 005 Styro 10 (415D) Ponderosa pine: 110 M
- 006 Styro 10 (415D) Minor conifer species: 371 M

Additional items include various types of seedlings and shipping costs per loaded mile. All seedlings must be delivered via enclosed, refrigerated trailers capable of maintaining specific temperatures for different types of seedlings.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence on September 15, 2026, and conclude on May 15, 2029.

Place of Performance
Seedlings will be delivered to the BLM Oregon State Office located at 1220 SW Third Avenue, Portland, OR.
