OR Catered Meal BPA

Background
The Oregon National Guard (ORNG) requires the services of a caterer to support various missions. Catered meals are authorized for the National Guard and Reserve Components in accordance with AR 30-22, Operating Procedures for the Army Food Program. The government may request meals to be catered, served, delivered, or boxed by a food establishment.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform catered meal services. This includes:

1. Preparing meals in a commercial establishment for consumption or delivering them to a specific location.
2. Utilizing portable equipment and subsistence supplies for meal preparation at the consumption site.
3. Ensuring compliance with Army and Oregon State Food Regulations as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
4. Managing multiple digital formats for communication and documentation.
5. Providing meals based on requests that may include boxed/delivered meals or on-site catering.
6. Adhering to guidelines set forth in the Army 14-day meal plan.

Period of Performance
The Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is anticipated to be effective for five years starting around December 1st, 2025, or until the total expenditure reaches $2.5 million.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed throughout the State of Oregon at various locations as determined by BPA calls.
