Description

US Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), Warren, MI, intends to issue a full and open Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Optionally Manned Fighting Vehicle (OMFV) Phase 3 and 4 effort under solicitation number W56HZV-22-R-0026. The purpose of this effort is the Detailed Design, Prototype Build and Test of the OMFV.

The Government intends to award up to three Firm-Fixed Price contracts. There are no small business set-asides planned for this RFP. Additionally, this is a new requirement; incumbent information does not exist. The proposals will be due approximately 120 days after the RFP is released. Contract award is targeted for 3rd quarter of Fiscal Year (FY) 2023.

This is a pre-solicitation notice, otherwise known as a synopsis. The solicitation pertaining to this notice will not be available for a minimum of 15 days from the date of this notice. Offerors shall not contact the Procuring Contracting Officer or Contract Specialist (or any other Government representative) seeking a copy of the solicitation (or other data), as the information will not be available until the final solicitation is issued.
