Background
The contract is issued for custodial services at the FEMA Transportable Temporary House Unit (TTHU) site located at 661 Selfield Rd in Selma, Alabama. The goal of the contract is to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities on the site, including restrooms, offices, and manufactured housing units (MHUs).

Work Details
The contractor will provide custodial services at least five days per week, with a preference for daily service during normal operational hours from Monday to Friday (0700-1630hrs), excluding weekends and holidays. The specific tasks include:
- Office Space Cleaning: Sweeping floors (daily), emptying trash (daily), wet mopping (as needed), strip waxing floors (as needed), cleaning windows (as needed), and minor dusting (as needed).
- Bathroom Cleaning: Sweeping (daily), wet mopping (daily), strip waxing floors (as needed), stocking bathroom supplies (daily), cleaning windows/mirrors (as needed), disinfecting fixtures (daily), and emptying trash (daily).
- Additional cleaning services for MHUs as needed. All basic cleaning supplies and materials will be supplied by the contractor. The estimated workload includes cleaning 15 bathrooms across various office spaces totaling 19,440 square feet.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over multiple periods: March 16, 2025 – March 15, 2026; March 16, 2026 – March 15, 2027; March 16, 2027 – March 15, 2028; March 15, 2028 – March 15, 2029; and March 16, 2029 – March 15, 2030.

Place of Performance
The custodial services will be performed at the FEMA TTHU site located at 661 Selfield Rd in Selma, Alabama.
