Amendment 02 - This amendment is to post answers to the RFIs, see attached RFI Responses OHWS. There is also an amended PWS, See Attachment 1 OHWS PWS 31 May 24 Amended. Para 1.4.1 Place and Performance of services has been changed in response to questions regarding the number of hours.

Background
The contractor shall provide support services for Optimizing the Human Weapons System (OHWS) Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in attachment 1 and all attachments included within this solicitation. The contract is issued by the contracting office located at Kingsley Field Air National Guard Base, Klamath Falls, Oregon.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a range of services including primary injury prehabilitation and prevention, injury treatment, communication with flight medicine, reporting requirements, strength and conditioning coaching, individual training programs, spinal injury treatment and preventative care, 'Human Performance' and 'Injury Trending' metrics reporting, and post-flight flex time. The contractor shall also comply with safety requirements as specified in AFI 91-203, Air Force Consolidated Occupational Safety Instructions.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be a 394-day base period and two 12-month options. The specific dates for each CLIN are as follows: CLIN 0001 Athletic Trainer (17 Jun 2024 - 29 Sep 2024), CLIN 0002 Strength and Conditioning Coach (17 Jun 2024 - 29 Sep 2024), CLIN 0003 Athletic Trainer (30 Sep 2024 – 15 July 2025), CLIN 0004 Strength and Conditioning Coach (30 Sep 2024 – 15 July 2025), CLIN 1001 Athletic Trainer (16 Jul 2025 – 15 Jul 2026), CLIN 1002 Strength and Conditioning Coach (16 Jul 2025 – 15 Jul 2026), CLIN 2001 Athletic Trainer (16 Jul 2026 – 15 Jul 2027), CLIN 2002 Strength and Conditioning Coach (16 Jul 2026 – 15 Jul 2027).

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Kingsley Field Air National Guard Base, Klamath Falls, Oregon.
