OPM - OCFO Enterprise Cost Acct. Program Support - MRAS

On behalf of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the General Services Administration (GSA) is conducting market research to support the OPM's Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) in its Enterprise Cost Accounting Program and System Support Services. Respondents are expected to demonstrate their experience in using specific tools such as CostPerform, Microsoft Power BI, and SAS Data Integration (DI) for generating analytical dashboards that highlight cost accounting analysis results. Moreover, expertise in collaborating with federal program managers to assess business operations and identify opportunities for improved cost management is crucial. The solicitation seeks insights into how these practices can inform new strategies for financing administrative programs more effectively.

As part of this market research effort, potential contractors are also encouraged to provide suggestions on procurement strategies based on the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This includes assessing whether their company can perform under NAICS Code 541219 Other Accounting Services while also considering participation in programs such as the SBA 8(a) Program.
