OPI Testing and Reporting

Background
The contract is issued by the Defense Language Institute (DLI) and aims to provide comprehensive Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) Testing and Reporting services. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items are available to perform OPI Testing services effectively. The contractor is expected to adhere to the standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks under this contract:

1. Conduct Tier 1 Oral Proficiency Interviews (17,000 each), Tier 2 Oral Proficiency Interviews (2,000 each), and Tier 3 Oral Proficiency Interviews (200 each).

2. Provide English Translation services (50 each) as per the PWS.

3. Deliver Listening Scores services (9,000 each) in accordance with the PWS.

4. Execute Alternative OPI's services (10 each) as specified in the PWS.

5. Organize Norming Summits services (1 each) according to the PWS requirements.

6. Manage No Shows-OPI Testing services (1 each) as outlined in the PWS.

7. Track Minor Mod Test Tracking services (1 each) in accordance with the PWS.

8. Provide Quality Control Ratings services (1 each) as per the PWS guidelines.

9. Handle Travel arrangements for one job and Other Direct Costs as required by the performance of the PWS.
