The purpose of the admendment is to answer questions

This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Oral Proficiency Interview Testing services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

Background
The contract is issued by the Defense Language Institute (DLI) and aims to provide comprehensive Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) Testing and Reporting services. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items are available to perform OPI Testing services effectively. Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks under this contract:

1. Conduct Tier 1 Oral Proficiency Interviews (17,000 each), Tier 2 Oral Proficiency Interviews (2,000 each), and Tier 3 Oral Proficiency Interviews (200 each).

2. Provide English Translation services (50 each) as per the PWS.

3. Deliver Listening Scores services (9,000 each) in accordance with the PWS.

4. Execute Alternative OPI's services (10 each) as specified in the PWS.

5. Organize Norming Summits services (1 each) according to the PWS requirements.

6. Manage No Shows-OPI Testing services (1 each) as outlined in the PWS.

7. Track Minor Mod Test Tracking services (1 each) in accordance with the PWS.

8. Provide Quality Control Ratings services (1 each) as per the PWS guidelines.

9. Handle Travel arrangements for one job and Other Direct Costs as required by the performance of the PWS.
