The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisitions and Grants Office (AGO) is requesting proposals for a single-award Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ten year ordering period to provide satellite ground system operations, maintenance, and sustainment services in support of the National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS). NOAA also intends on issuing the first four task orders at time of IDIQ award.

All questions regarding this procurement shall be submitted in accordance with section L.3.2 of the solicitation.

Submission of Step 1 proposals shall be in accordance with section L.9.1 of the solicitation.

For instructions on how to access the OMS Acquisition Library, please refer to the related "Operations, Maintenance, and Sustainment" Special Notice posted on beta.sam.gov on February 19, 2020.
