This posting will contain information from both industry day and site visits for Mountain Home Ranges, ID and Poinsett Range, Shaw SC.

The United States Air Force (USAF), Air Combat Command Acquisition Management Integration Center (ACC AMIC) intends to hold a virtual Industry Day to provide Government information and solicit industry feedback on the Primary Training Ranges (PTR) Operations, Maintenance and Support (OM&S) at the following ranges (supporting base): Avon Park Range, FL (Moody AFB), Grand Bay Range, GA (Moody AFB), Belle Fourche (Colony) EWS, WY (Ellsworth AFB), Dare County Bombing and Gunnery Range, NC (Seymour-Johnson AFB), Holloman Bombing and Gunnery Ranges, NM (Holloman AFB), Poinsett EWR, SC (Shaw AFB), Bulldog MOA, GA (Ft. Gordon), Mountain Home Ranges, ID (Mountain Home AFB), and Snyder EWS, TX (Dyess AFB).

For planning purposes, the Industry Day event will be held virtually via MS Teams on 9 December 2024 from 0900-1030 EST. Telephonic One-on-One discussions will be conducted from 1400 to 1600 on 9 December 2025 and from 0900 to 1430 on 10 December 2024. Telephonic One-on-One discussions will use a company provided teleconference number and be able to accommodate up to eight (8) Government representatives, as well as all participating company representatives. All Industry Day and One-on-One events will be held at the UNCLASSIFIED (CUI) level.

Background
The United States Air Force (USAF), specifically the Air Combat Command Acquisition Management Integration Center (ACC AMIC), is conducting an Industry Day to provide information and solicit feedback regarding the Operations, Maintenance, and Support (OM&S) of Primary Training Ranges (PTRs).

The goal of this contract is to ensure effective management and support of various training ranges located across multiple states, including Florida, Georgia, Wyoming, North Carolina, New Mexico, South Carolina, Idaho, and Texas.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide personnel, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, training, and supervision to perform OM&S for the PTRs managed by ACC. The PTRs include Electronic Warfare Sites (EWS), Electronic Warfare Ranges (EWR), and Bombing and Gunnery Ranges (B&G). Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a management plan that outlines key personnel and program management functions.
- Submitting monthly funds expenditure reports detailing current fiscal year contract costs and projected funding requirements.
- Creating a labor relations plan to ensure continued performance during strikes or labor disputes.
- Implementing a manpower plan that defines skill sets and minimum qualifications required for personnel.
- Establishing a transition plan for organizing and mobilizing resources upon contract award.
- Conducting quality assurance inspections as per the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations including Avon Park Range in Florida (Moody AFB), Grand Bay Range in Georgia (Moody AFB), Belle Fourche EWS in Wyoming (Ellsworth AFB), Dare County B&G Range in North Carolina (Seymour-Johnson AFB), Holloman B&G Ranges in New Mexico (Holloman AFB), Poinsett EWR in South Carolina (Shaw AFB), Bulldog MOA in Georgia (Ft. Gordon), Mountain Home Ranges in Idaho (Mountain Home AFB), and Snyder EWS in Texas (Dyess AFB).
