Operations, Maintenance, and Repair Services of the Central Utility Plant NIST, Boulder   2

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for the Operations, Maintenance and Repair Services of the Central Utility Plant at the NIST Boulder Laboratory Site in Boulder, CO. This also includes performing preventative and scheduled maintenance activities at the Field Sites in Ft. Collins, Colorado, and Kekaha, Hawaii. The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year and four, one-year option periods for a total potential service requirement of 60 months.

It is anticipated that a single award will be made as a result of this Request for Proposal.

This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, the size standard is $8.0M.

It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 25 Feb 2020 with a closing date on or about 27 Mar 2020. Site visit/ pre-proposal conference information and closing date will be established in the solicitation documents when posted.
