The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District is requesting Proposals for Operation and Maintenance services at the John H. Kerr Reservoir Project, located in Boydton, Virginia.

The solicitation is 100% set-aside for Section 8(a) Small Businesses, as determined by the Small Business Administration. It is the Government's intent to award a Firm Fixed Price contract. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561210, with a small business size standard of $41,500,000.00. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded for a base period of one year with four (4), one (1) year option periods. There is no guarantee that options for follow-on years will be exercised.
