Operations and Maintenance O&M Services for the Metcalfe Federal Building

The objective of this acquisition is to award one Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) against the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-3, for Operations and Maintenance Services at the Metcalfe Federal Building in Chicago, Illinois. This requirement is a woman-owned small business set-aside, with a primary NAICS code of 561210, Facilities Support Services, with a size standard of $47million. The GSA Lead Category/Special Item Number (SIN) 561210FAC (Complete Facilities Maintenance and Management) will be utilized to procure this requirement. Award of a BPA is expected to be made on or about April 1, 2023; services are expected to begin on or about June 1, 2023. It is anticipated that the duration of the BPA will be a one-year base with nine one-year options, with the possibility of an extension of the period of performance up to an additional six months, in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. After award of the BPA, the successful Schedule contractor will be issued a BPA Call. Written Notice to Proceed (NTP) on the BPA Call will NOT be issued until the COR has officially notified the CO that approved clearances for proposed employees have been received and approved. Services shall commence on the day specified in the NTP and shall be provided for a one year period. All responses must be submitted in a typed electronic format. Responses that are printed, scanned and filled in by hand, written by hand, or submitted via postal mail will not be accepted.
