Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for the TSA Systems Integration Facility (TSIF) and Freedom Center.

Background
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), through its Enterprise Support, Security and Administrative Services (SAS), Real Estate Management Division (REMD), and Contracting and Procurement (C&P), is issuing a Task Order for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services at the TSA Systems Integration Facility (TSIF) and Freedom Center.

This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program, which allows for limited source justification due to urgent needs and the unique capabilities of the selected contractor.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive facility operations and maintenance services for both TSIF and Freedom Center. This includes:
- program management;
- mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services;
- housekeeping (janitorial/custodial);
- equipment and systems tests/inspections;
- preventive/predictive maintenance;
- corrective maintenance/repair;
- 24/7 emergency services.

The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to ensure satisfactory operation of these mission-critical facilities.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from May 10, 2026, to May 9, 2027.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the TSA Systems Integration Facility located in Arlington, VA, at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, and at the Freedom Center located in Herndon, VA.

Bidder Requirements
The award is intended for SourceAmerica under GSA Multiple Award Schedule Contract Number GS-21F-0049X. The justification cites that only SourceAmerica can fulfill this requirement due to their capabilities under the AbilityOne program which focuses on providing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

The current task order (70T01026F7668N011) is also for O&M services for TSIF and Freedom Center with a similar scope of facility operations/maintenance, indicating continuity of the same service line.
