Description

Project Description: This requirement is to provide Operational Range Assessment Program/Military Munitions Response Program support work for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Pacific Division (SPD) and Sacramento District (SPK) customers including but not limited to, Operational Range Assessment Program (ORAP) Department of Defense Environmental Restoration Program (DERP); Formerly Used Defense Sites (FUDS); Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) for various Department of Defense (DoD) customers; DoD Environmental Compliance Program, Environmental Support for Others (ESFO) Program; support to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) including Superfund and Brownfield Programs; Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP); environmental cleanup for various military and Interagency and International Support (IIS) customers; environmental stewardship, and other environmental related regulatory programs. This work will be accomplished with individual task orders against the MATOC, as allowed by DFARS 217.204(e)(i). The MATOC IDIQ ceiling is estimated at $49,900,000. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code 562910 (Remediation Services). The size standard is 1,000 Employees. Product Service Code is F999 (Other Environmental Services).
Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Pacific Division (SPD) and Sacramento District (SPK) customers require support work for the Operational Range Assessment Program/Military Munitions Response Program (ORAP/MMRP) and other environmental related regulatory programs. The contract will be accomplished with individual task orders against the MATOC, as allowed by DFARS 217.204(e)(i). The MATOC IDIQ ceiling is estimated at $49,900,000.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform munitions and environmental response services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Services will be further defined and work accomplished by issuance of individual Task Orders. The work may include engineering services, investigation and field activities, operations, maintenance, optimization, engineering support and remedial design, remedial/response actions and removals.

Period of Performance
The ordering period is five years from the date of contract award and may be extended for up to six months. Task orders will be issued within the ordering period established on the contract. Task order periods of performance may extend beyond the end of the ordering period and will be defined in each task order.

Place of Performance
The work will support U.S. Army Corps of Engineers customers located anywhere within the military geographical boundaries (Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S Territories) of the USACE South Pacific Division and all existing Sacramento District customers.
