Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE SOLE SOURCE AWARD

The General Services Administration/Federal Acquisition Services/Region 5 (GSA/FAS), hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to Wright State Applied Research Corporation, 4035 Colonel Glenn Highway, Beavercreek, Ohio 45435, on a sole source basis pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for the continuation of services in support of the Tech Warrior Enterprise program. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. Information received within five days of the date of this notice to meet the requirement may be considered by GSA/FAS. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of GSA/FAS.
