Request for Proposals

USDA APHIS requests proposals for Operational and Scientific Training Support Service in accordance with the attached Solicitation.

USDA APHIS intends to award a Fixed Price IDIQ contract with an anticipated ceiling of $7,000,000.00 and a period of performance of five years. Multiple awards are not anticipated. Please review the entire solicitation prior to submitting questions. Details for submission requirements are located within the solicitation document. Please note, service contract act wage determinations may be applicable to the work performed under this contract for those positions which are covered by the service contract act. You will need to check the applicable wage determination specific to the area those covered positions would be performing their work. You can locate applicable wage determinations at:

All offers must be received by the Contracting Officer prior to the close of the solicitation. The Contracting Officer will make reasonable efforts to respond to questions in a timely manner however, any questions received after 17:00 CST on 4/09/2021 may not receive a response prior to close of the solicitation. All questions submitted and their provided answers will be posted to this notice in a Q&A document for all prospective offerors to view. If a question contains proprietary information, it must be marked as such to avoid this information being included in the Q&A document.
