July 14, 2022: The purpose of this amendment to Solicitation 1605JE-22-R-00021 for the Jacksonville Job Corps Center with Outreach & Admissions and Career Transition Services, is to amend Section H.6 Service Contract Labor Standard along with Sections L and M, and to provide an updated Attachment J.28 - Staff Compensation. July 18, 2022: In accordance with Amendment 0002 to the Solicitation 1605JE-22-R-00021 for Jacksonville Job Corps Center with Outreach & Admissions and Career Transition Services, the most current SCA wage determination is hereby provided. The attachment for Amendment 0003 is included within the Jacksonville Sol_1605JE-22-R-00021_Amd_0003.pdf. The contractor must pay at least the mandated $15 minimum and if the SCA wage(s) applicable to the WD issued with the solicitation is higher, the offeror will be required to pay the SCA WD rate instead of the $15 Federal Minimum wage.
