Operation of CTT programs at Job Corps Centers – Automotive

Background
The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), on behalf of the Employment Training Administration (ETA) Office of Job Corps (OJC), has a requirement for Career Technical Training (CTT) services and support for the automotive trade. Job Corps is a national residential training and employment program administered by the U. S. Department of Labor to address multiple barriers to employment faced by eligible youth throughout the United States.

Work Details
The NTC shall provide Job Corps students with a comprehensive range of career technical training, work-based learning, career exploration and planning supports, employability counseling, and outcome-based supports for career placements. The goal of these services is to create high-quality employment outcomes and long-term attachment to the workforce for Job Corps graduates. The contractor shall provide Career Technical Training services and support for the AUTOMOTIVE TRADES listed in PART 5 SPECIFIC TASKS Section 5.1.2.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance shall be for one (1) Base Period of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option periods of 12 months each.

Place of Performance
The places of performance for this contract include various Job Corps Centers across different locations such as Edison, NJ; Chicopee, MA; Morganfield, KY; Pine Knot, KY; Montgomery, AL; Clearfield, UT; Yachats, OR; Estacada, OR.
