The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide the services as required for Operation, Maintenance and Repair of Utility Plants and Boiler Systems at U.S. Army Installations in Kanto Area, Japan (Camp Zama, Sagamihara Family Housing Area, Sagami General Depot, Yokohama North Dock and Akasaka Press Center).
Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.
Note 2: It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates and ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner, when the solicitation is released. Time and date specified for this solicitation is by Japan Standard Time (JST). If you have a questions about the release date of a solicitation, please contact the Contract Administrator or the Contracting Officer listed in this announcement.
Note 3: Appendices of Performance Work Statement (PWS) will not be included in the uploaded PWS, Interested offerors shall contact POC via email to obtain them prior to the solicitation closing date.
Note 4: A pre-proposal conference and site visits are scheduled for this solicitation as shown on the "Notice to Offerors". The offeror shall carefully read uploaded "Notice to Offerors" and submit required Attendance Lists for each location no later than the COB of 8 Sep 21 (JST) to participate. Depending on the situation, we may change the schedule and/or ask you to decrease number of attendees.
Note 5: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.

Background
The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide operation, maintenance, and repair services for utility plants and boiler systems at various installations in the Kanto Area of Japan, including Camp Zama, Sagamihara Family Housing Area, Sagami General Depot, Yokohama North Dock, and Akasaka Press Center. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in Japan. The solicitation will be released according to Japan Standard Time (JST). Funds are not presently available for this effort.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, tools, supervision, and other necessary items and services to fulfill the requirements for operation, maintenance, and repair of utility plants and boiler systems at the specified U.S. Army installations in Japan. The performance work statement (PWS) appendices will not be included in the uploaded PWS; interested offerors should contact the point of contact (POC) via email to obtain them prior to the solicitation closing date.
Additionally, a pre-proposal conference and site visits are scheduled for this solicitation as indicated in the 'Notice to Offerors', and offerors are required to submit attendance lists for each location by a specified date. Offerors are also instructed to include 'RFP No. FA520921R0006' in the subject line when contacting the office regarding this solicitation.
