Background
The solicitation is for the operation and maintenance with repair and minor construction at Twentynine Palms. The work involves O&M support type work of preventive, unscheduled, and emergency maintenance of all facility systems and components type projects as described in Performance Work Statement (PWS) for DOD medical facilities and their support facilities in a continuous and satisfactory condition on a 24-hour basis, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
