Description

Single Contract - Perform OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE WITH REPAIR AND MINOR CONSTRUCTION AT BACH, FORT CAMPBELL. Site Visit / Preproposal Conference - 10 August (see solicitation package for details).
Background
The solicitation is for a single contract to perform operation and maintenance with repair and minor construction at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) program at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The contract includes a site visit/preproposal conference on 10 August.

Work Details
The work includes operations and maintenance support for preventive, unscheduled, emergency, and reliability-centered maintenance type projects of all facility systems and components as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor will be responsible for supporting DOD medical facilities and medical laboratories in a continuous and satisfactory condition on a 24-hour basis, excluding federal holidays. Minor construction and repair type projects incidental to the O&M mission may also be assigned a degree of relevancy. The offeror is required to provide no more than five examples of recent, relevant projects that demonstrate the company’s ability to perform work similar in scope and magnitude to that required by this solicitation.
