Background

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, spare parts, and materials for the operation and maintenance, facilities operations, and management and administrative support services to the USDA ARS SRRC in New Orleans, LA as per the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract includes routine work under a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract type for scheduled or regular work as well as additional work under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract type. The minimum guarantee for this contract is $2,500 or the value of the first task order, whichever is greater. The contract is 100% set-aside for 8(a) Small Business.
