This is a non-personal service contract to provide Operation and Maintenance Services (OMS) at Forward Operating Site, Camp Carroll. Background
This is a non-personal service contract to provide Operation and Maintenance Services (OMS) at Forward Operating Site, Camp Carroll. The objective of this contract is OMS for the Water Treatment Plant (WTP), the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, facilities and utilities lines, grass cutting at the site.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform various tasks including operating and maintaining the Drinking Water Treatment Plant (WTP), maintaining automatic 'Turbidity' sample, sampling and analyzing drinking water, operating and maintaining the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), removal of sludge in septic tanks, removal and disposal of sand/oil, sampling and analysis of waste water, operation/maintenance of HVAC systems, on-call repair service for HVAC, major repair services, food duct cleaning service, grass cutting service, trimming/pruning of trees/shrubs, accounting for contract services, and estimated cost for war hazard losses.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Forward Operating Site, Camp Carroll in South Korea.
