OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AT THE COMBINED ARMS TRAINING CENTER, CAMP FUJI, JAPAN

Background
The solicitation is for the operation and maintenance of a wastewater treatment plant at the Combined Arms Training Center, Camp Fuji, Japan. The work includes providing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Combined Arms Training Center (CATC), Camp Fuji, Japan.
