Operation and Maintenance of Pearl Harbor Inactive Vessels   3

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a solicitation in September 2021 to procure services and material necessary to operate and maintain inactive United States Navy (USN) vessels assigned to the NAVSEA Inactive Ship Maintenance Office (INACTSHIPMAINTO) Pearl Harbor, HI. This procurement synopsis has been prepared in accordance with FAR 5.207.

Services to be performed include receipt, inspection, survey, maintenance and disposal of vessels. The contractor(s) may also perform structural, mechanical, and electrical modifications to vessels in support of experimental use programs, berthing vessel programs, and conversions, as specified by the program sponsor. The Government intends to award a single Cost Plus Fixed Fee Level of Effort type contract for these services.

Work under this contract is to be performed on-site at INACTSHIPMAINTO, Pearl Harbor, HI.

A sources sought notice was issued in the System for Award Management (SAM) website on 17 March 2021, under NAICS code 336611, titled Operation and Maintenance of Pearl Harbor Inactive Vessels , N00024-21-R-4204.

If a solicitation is issued in the future, it will be made available online as Solicitation N00024-21-R-4204, via www.SAM.gov. Interested parties must comply with that announcement and are advised to continue to monitor this website.
