Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of government-owned facilities and equipment at the Walter F. George (Fort Gaines, GA) and George W. Andrews (Blakely, GA) projects as well as the ACF Project Office (Eufaula, AL).

Tasks include:
- Planning, programming, administration, management, supervision
- Maintaining accurate records
- Quality control inspections
- Providing personnel necessary for operations
- Supervising work with a competent superintendent on-site
- Performing maintenance and repair on project structures including buildings, offices, maintenance facilities, project roads, vehicles, floating plants, boathouses, bathhouses, toilets, gatehouses
- Maintaining sanitary disposal systems
- Launching ramps
- Playground equipment
- Water and electrical systems
- Telephone lines
- Picnic sites
- Campsites

Conducting general maintenance including cleaning services, garbage removal, grass mowing; responding to emergencies as required. Additional tasks involve carpentry, masonry, electrical work, mechanical repairs, plumbing tasks such as chipping and sealing; replacing parts or equipment as needed.
