Description

1. The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to extend the closing date of the solicitation from March 26, 2019 to April 4, 2019 at 1:00 PM Fort Belvoir, VA time.

2. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

DFSP- Joint Base Charleston, SC Location SPE603-19-R-0507

This is a follow-on Pre-solicitation Notice to SPE603-18-R-5X25 for services at the Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) and Joint Base Charleston (JBC), South Carolina bulk fuel Government-Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) storage facilities to ensure safe, accurate and timely receipt, storage, transfer, issue, and accountability of all Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF)-owned petroleum products and cryogenic products under their control, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure no environmental impact. One award will be generated from this solicitation. The period of performance is a four-year base period, May 1, 2019 through May 1, 2023 with one five-year option May 1, 2023 through May 1, 2028 period and a 6-month extension. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 493190 and the threshold is $27.5M. This procurement will be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. All responsible Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Small Business Concerns that meet NAICS code size standards may submit an offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued to FedBizOpps (FBO) in mid-November. A pre-proposal conference will be held at a future date and will be posted to FBO once determined.
