PSC J019 Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Ships, Small Craft, Pontoons, and Floating Docks

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a full and open competitive solicitation in February 2022 for the operation and maintenance of all vessels assigned to NAVSEA Inactive Ship On-Site Maintenance Office (INACTSHIPMAINTO) Bremerton, WA and a detachment in San Diego, CA. With regard to the vessels assigned to the Inactive Ship Maintenance Office in Bremerton, these services include receipt, inspection, survey, maintenance and disposal of vessels. In addition, the contractor may perform structural, mechanical, and electrical modifications to vessels in support of experimental use programs, berthing vessel programs, and conversions, as specified by the program sponsor. With regard to the active vessels assigned to the CG/LSD Modernization Detachment San Diego, these services include receipt, inspection, survey and maintenance. In addition, the contractor may perform structural, mechanical, and electrical repairs in support of the CG/LSD Modernization Program. NAVSEA intends to award a single award Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Level of Effort (LOE) type contract from this solicitation.

A sources sought notice was issued in the System for Award Management (SAM) website on 17 March 2021 under NAICS Code 336611 (Ship Building and Repairing) titled: Operation and Maintenance of Bremerton Inactive Vessels N00024-21-R-4202.
