Background
The solicitation N00024-21-R-4202 is for the operation and maintenance of Bremerton Inactive Vessels and San Diego Detachment. The scope of the contract covers all vessels assigned to NAVSEA Inactive Ship On-Site Maintenance Office Bremerton, WA. The Contractor shall furnish direct labor, materials, and supplies as specified herein in support of NAVSEA Inactive Ships Maintenance Office at Bremerton, WA. This includes receipt, inspection, survey, maintenance, and disposal of Naval vessels. In addition, the Contractor may perform structural, mechanical, and electrical modifications to vessels in support of experimental use programs, berthing vessel programs, and conversions, as specified by the program sponsor.

Work Details
The work details include various tasks such as general maintenance tasks associated with upkeep of designated vessels and facilities; preservation of MOB “B” (OCIR and OSIR) assets assigned to NAVSEA Inactive Ships Maintenance Office Bremerton, WA; dewatering operations; maintenance and repair of Material and Weight Handling Equipment (M&WHE); crane support for emergency and non-routine lifts; preparation of each vessel for transfer to NAVSEA Inactive Ships Maintenance Office; provision of crane support for emergency and non-routine lifts on a reimbursable basis to support other Government activities in the area.

The period of performance for CLIN 0001 is from 22-SEP-2022 with a quantity of 214,320 units. CLIN 0101 has the same period of performance with a quantity of 201,160 units. CLIN 0301 has a period of performance from 22-SEP-2022 with a quantity of 193,640 units.

The contract will be performed at Naval Station Bremerton, Thomas Bryson NAVSEA Inactive Ships Maintenance Office, 2450 Wycoff Way Bldg 550, Bremerton WA 98310-5250.
