Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of the USNS SEAY and the USNS PILILAAU (SEAY&PIL) Vessels   3

Background
The Military Sealift Command (MSC) has a requirement for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of the USNS SEAY and the USNS PILILAAU (SEAY&PIL) Vessels. The contractor shall operate and maintain those vessels to support the assigned missions identified. The vessels shall be operated in a professional manner and maintained in a good operable condition.
Vessels shall be mission-ready at all times (excluding scheduled maintenance, repair and overhaul periods). The contractor shall operate the vessels and related systems and equipment in accordance with all relevant laws, terms of this contract, United States Coast Guard (USCG) and American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) rules and regulations that would apply as if it is owned by a non-government entity, which includes, but is not limited to, maintaining a valid USCG Certificate of Inspection and ABS Classifications (including all statutory certificates) at all times. This contract requires the Contractor to possess and maintain a SECRET facilities clearance and to employ personnel with SECRET security clearances.

The estimated issue date for this solicitation is on or about 23 August 2022 with an estimated closing date of 22 September 2022.
