Operating Room Camera Upgrade Lease Base Plus Four Option Years   3

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Healthcare Administration, Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contracting Office 20, is seeking a lease for a Stryker Camera System Upgrade on behalf of the Boise VA Medical Center.

The goal of this contract is to upgrade the existing Stryker 1488 video system to the newer Stryker 1788 system, which is essential for maintaining high-quality surgical procedures as the current system is no longer supported by the manufacturer.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a lease for the following equipment as part of the upgrade:
1. PKG, 1788 Camera Control Unit (CCU)
2. PKG, 1788 4K CAMERA HEAD, C-MO
3. Pkg, 1788 4K Coupler, C-Mount
4. 32" 4K OLED Surgical Display
5. PKG, L12 LED Light Source with AIM
6. PNEUMOCLEAR CO2 CONDITIONING INSUFFLATOR KIT
7. PKG, 32" 4K SURGICAL DISPLAY COVER
8. Various Pinpoint Laparoscopes and Precision Eyepieces
9. HD Arthroscopes and Cannulas
10. Fiber Optic Cables and Scope Adapters.

The installation must be coordinated with Stryker to ensure all equipment interconnects properly. The contractor will also be responsible for ensuring that all equipment meets specific performance requirements such as maintaining 4K resolution and seamless EHR connectivity.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will include a base year plus four option years for leasing the specified equipment.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Boise VA Medical Center located at 500 W Fort Street, Building 85, 3rd floor, Boise, ID 83702.
