Market research is conducted to determine the availability and capability of qualified businesses for the following service: This is a firm fixed price requirements type construction contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, tools, transportation and other incidental items to perform Open-End Roofing Repairs, Reroofing, from Roof Areas at various Army installations (to include, but not limited to Schofield Barracks, Fort Shafter, Wheeler Army Airfield, Helemano Military Reservation, Tripler Army Medical Center, Aliamanu Military Reservation, and Fort Derussy, Hawaii.) . Hours of operation are 7:30am 4:00pm, Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays.

Anticipated award date: 16 June 2025
Performance of work start: 17 June 2025 16 June 2026 plus 3 one-year options periods. Interested vendors shall submit a capability statement to include: 1) Company Name; 2) Address; 3) Point of Contact Name, phone number, email address; 4) Cage Code; 5) Duns Number; 6) Size of Business (large, small, 8(a), Woman- Owned Small Business, HubZone, etc); 7) Experience: Submit 3-5 recent specific Government or commercial contracts your firm has self-performed to demonstrated your relevant NAICS 238160 experience as indicated in this announcement; 8) Maximum bonding capacity per project and aggregate bonding capability. The capability statement should not exceed 2 pages and shall be in sufficient details to allow the Government to determine the
