Background
The requirement is for an Open-End Requirements contract for Asphaltic Concrete Paving Repair and Installation at various Army Installations located on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. This effort requires the procurement of a construction contract to provide and furnish all labor, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform paving and related work for roads located on various Army installations on Oahu, Hawaii.

Work Details
The scope of work includes firm fixed price construction or requirements-type construction contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, tools, transportation and other incidental items to perform asphaltic concrete paving repair, installation, and sidewalks that might be impacted by the road work at various Army Military Installations on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii.

The contractor shall submit a safety plan within 30 days of award or 7 days prior to commencement of on-site work. The contractor shall establish and maintain quality control for materials and work. The contractor's normal working hours will be 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. The contractor shall provide, install, and maintain all necessary signs, lights, barricades, markers, cones, flagmen, and other protective facilities for the protection and convenience of military and public traffic (vehicular and pedestrian).
