Onsite Tool & Equipment Calibration for Hoover and   4

Background
The United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) Lower Colorado Dams Office (LCDO) requires annual calibration of their mechanical, electrical, and electronic tools and equipment.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that these tools and equipment are accurately calibrated to maintain operational efficiency and safety standards. The contractor will provide onsite calibration services using a self-contained mobile lab, with qualified technicians performing the work at specified times during the summer of 2026.

Work Details
The contractor/vendor will deliver onsite calibration services at two locations: Hoover Dam and Parker Dam.

Calibration services for Hoover Dam typically last 5 days, while services for Parker Dam typically last 1 day. The contract includes a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the following line items:
- Line item 0001: Year 1 Onsite Tool & Equipment Calibration
- Line item 0002: Year 2 Onsite Tool & Equipment Calibration
- Line item 0003: Year 3 Onsite Tool & Equipment Calibration
- Line item 0004: Year 4 Onsite Tool & Equipment Calibration
- Line item 0005: Year 5 Onsite Tool & Equipment Calibration.

Vendors must review an attached Excel workbook with nine tabs corresponding to different shops requiring quotes, ensuring all tabs are completed when submitting responses.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this Blanket Purchase Agreement is from May 26, 2026, to May 25, 2031.

Place of Performance
Calibration services will be performed onsite at Hoover Dam located at Bureau of Reclamation-LC-Hoover Dam, Hoover Dam Central Warehouse, State Route 172, Boulder City NV 89005-0400, and Parker Dam located at Bureau of Reclamation Parker Dam, 2209 Parker Dam Rd., Parker Dam CA, 92267.
