Description

Firm-Fixed-Price Cost Reimbursement Six-Month Task Order extension award to extend Onsite Technical Support Services for six-months in support of the United States Army Records Management Directorate (RMD) and Army Declassification Directorate (ADD).

Set-aside Status: Task Order Modification W15QKN-19-F-0975-P00007 was not awarded competitively. Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) Section 2304c(b)(3) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C) The order must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the contract, provided that all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order.
