Online High School Diploma for Job Corps   2

Background
The USDA Forest Service (USFS) intends to establish a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Online High School Diploma (HSD) services to support Job Corps Center requirements. The goal of this contract is to provide accredited online HSD programs that meet the Job Corps Policy and Requirements Handbook (PRH) standards, enabling students to earn the necessary course credits for high school diplomas.
This initiative is part of the broader mission of Job Corps centers to assist students in achieving educational milestones.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:
1. An accredited online HSD program that meets PRH standards, ensuring effective instruction for earning course credits.
2. Enrollment of students into the online program upon receipt of their prior high school transcripts.
3. Provision of student log-in information for accessing online course content.
4. Completion of a transcript audit to determine required courses for HSD completion.
5. Availability of two courses at a time for each student, including all necessary instructional materials and assessments.
6. Implementation of student test integrity procedures and provision of client support to Job Corps staff as needed.
7. Timely grading of assignments, with expedited grading available upon request.
8. Issuance of completion letters, digital diplomas, and transcripts upon course completion, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards regarding student information.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be determined based on individual call orders issued under the BPA, with specific timelines outlined in each order.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed across multiple Job Corps Centers located throughout the United States.
