Online English Training for NAVFAC FE, Japan   2

Background
The contract is issued by NAVFAC Far East (NAVFAC FE), which is responsible for providing facilities engineering services to the U.S. Navy and other federal agencies in the Pacific region.

The goal of this contract is to enhance the English language proficiency of NAVFAC FE employees located in Japan and Korea through a structured online training program.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a series of online English classes categorized into five levels: Beginner Level 1, Beginner Level 2, Intermediate Level 1, Intermediate Level 2, and Advanced Level.

The training aims to improve the English language abilities of each student during each class/lecture/lesson. Classes will be conducted on government workdays between 08:00-16:00 local time (Japanese Standard Time). Each training session shall not exceed six months, sessions must not overlap, and all training must conclude by the end date specified in the applicable CLIN period of performance.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified period that aligns with the completion of training sessions, which shall not exceed six months for each session.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed online for employees located in Japan and Korea.
