NASA/NSSC has a requirement for ONE VACUUM PUMP, BRAND: BEACH RUSS for remanufactured/refurbished, complete Beach Russ High Vacuum Pump.

Background
NASA's Glenn Research Center is seeking to procure one remanufactured/refurbished Beach Russ High Vacuum Pump, specifically the RP750D model. This procurement aligns with NASA's mission to support various research and testing activities at their facilities, particularly at the Neil A. Armstrong Test Facility in Sandusky, Ohio.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of one (1) complete Beach Russ High Vacuum Pump, model RP750D (Type RP, Size 750, Class 'D', 900 CFM, Motor: 50HP, 1200 rpm, 480V 3PH). The pump package must include:
- Pump
- Base
- Oil reservoir
- Motor
- Drive pulleys & belts
- Belt guard
- Oil cooler
- Associated valves
- Oil and water lines.

The pump must be remanufactured/refurbished and fully tested before delivery. All wear components and consumables must be either new or in remanufactured condition. The rotating assembly must meet OEM tolerances and be balanced. The pump should achieve a final vacuum level of 0.03-0.05 Torr during factory testing using Shell Rotella T-2, 15W-40 (ISO-46 VG) lubrication. A factory testing report demonstrating operational readiness is required as part of the deliverables.
