Description

The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for the acquisition of one (1) five-passenger, full electric van for the U.S. Mission, Paris, France.

The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.

The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.
