Description

The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for the acquisition of one (1) full electric cargo van for the U.S. Mission, Paris, France.

The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.

Background
The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is seeking to acquire one full electric cargo van for the U.S. Mission in Paris. The goal of this contract is to provide a sustainable transportation solution for the embassy's operational needs. The government intends to award the contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who meets the responsibility criteria.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish and deliver one (1) full electric cargo van to the U.S. Embassy in Paris. The specifications include:
- Quantity: 1 each of full electric utility cargo van (CLIN0001)
- Price: All prices shall be in Euros, with no VAT applicable for the cargo van.
- Additionally, a preparation package (CLIN0002) including VAT at 20% is required, also with a quantity of 1 each.
- The total award amount will be calculated based on these items.

Period of Performance
The delivery of the vehicle shall be no later than one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after the date of award.
