This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5, Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, and result in the award of an Other Than Full and Open competition intended to result in a firm-fixed price contract for the following supplies and/or services.

***In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c)(1)(A); a portion of this procurement will be required Brand Name components as prescribed in the attached Purchase Description VIBB 23-40-1000, Dated 13 January 2025.***
