The purpose of this amendment is to:

Incorporate the following information into Solicitation SPE4A8-25-Q-0008, Purchase Description VIBB 23-40-1000, dated 25 March 2025 with updated information.

There was an error in the DIBBS system when posting Amendment 0002 and therefore we are posting the information again so that everyone can view the updates in Amendment 0003.
