Description

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) OPQ/OPQR is requesting the acquisition of one (1) Automated Dry Heat Flow Through System with 8 Diffusion cells (or equivalent). This Automated Dry Heat Flow Through System with 8 Diffusion cells will be used to perform in vitro diffusion studies using flow through cell assembly to check the drug release and permeation across synthetic and biological barriers. This Automated Dry Heat Flow Through System with 8 Diffusion cells and these diffusion studies will provide valuable information regarding safety, performance, and quality of transdermal and drug products and support CDER's mission critical missions.

Background
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking to acquire an Automated Dry Heat Flow Through System with 8 Diffusion cells. This system will be utilized for in vitro diffusion studies to assess drug release and permeation across synthetic and biological barriers.

The goal of this acquisition is to provide critical information regarding the safety, performance, and quality of transdermal and drug products, thereby supporting the mission of the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER).

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of one (1) Automated Dry Heat Flow Through System with 8 Diffusion cells or an equivalent system. The system must meet minimum salient characteristics as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW).
