On-Site Stryker Technical Representative   2

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to provide onsite technical specialist services for Stryker Endoscope and Communication Equipment at the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS). The goal of the contract is to ensure that the equipment remains in good working condition and to provide training and support for VA personnel and surgeons on using the Stryker products.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a full-time, on-call, on-site, Stryker-factory trained and certified field technician to perform repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics using original manufacturer’s specifications/service manual. The technician must be available during normal business hours, after normal business hours, and on-call Monday through Sunday. Additionally, the contractor must ensure that all services are performed according to original manufacturer’s specifications/service manual, including preventative maintenance, repair services, diagnostics checks, and training of VA personnel and surgeons. The contractor is also responsible for setting up and managing integrated suite software, routing images correctly, facilitating teleconference calls, supporting video conference calls, placing room-to-room calls correctly, loading presets for one-touch routing, and installing software upgrades.
