Quotes Due 5 June 2024, 10am Local Time. This is a very strict timeline, please review all requirements/documents carefully.

Quotations (to include Submittal Requirements within FAR clauses 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 to include addendums) are due 5 Jun 2024, 10am local time to the attention of Tami McKenney at tami.mckenney.1@us.af.mil. It is the best interest of the offeror to ensure the quote submitted is received by the Michigan ANG Contracting Office no later than the date and time specified or it may be considered non-responsive.

Site Visit 30 May 2024, 10am Local Time

If requested a non-mandatory site visit will be conducted on 30 May 2024 at 10am Local Time. This will be the only site visit. All interested parties shall register in advance, for the site visit no later than 10am local time, 28 May 2024, even if you have access to the Base. To register, interested parties shall email Tami McKenney (tami.mckenney.1@us.af.mil) a completed base access form (attached) to include each attendee's full name, date of birth, driver license number, State of Issue, Gender, Race, Country of Citizenship and if other than USA your Passport number, for a local security check for all attendees. Base access forms shall be submitted no later than 10am Local Time on 28 May 2024. Base access shall be requested for ALL attendees, regardless if attendees have current access. Questions Due 31 May 2024, 10am Local Time

All information relating to this solicitation, including, changes/amendments, questions and answers, will be posted on the following website: www.sam.gov. Formal communications such as request for clarifications and/or information concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing via e-mail to tami.mckenney.1@us.af.mil. All answers (on a non-attribution basis) will be posted on the www.sam.gov site. They will be contained in the in a document titled Questions and Answers . Offerors are requested to submit questions to the email address noted below not later than 31 May 2024, 10am local time. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgement and receipt of solicitation shall apply.
