Omnicell XT Supply Racks

Background
The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) is seeking to procure Omnicell XT Supply Racks to enhance medication storage and workflow efficiency at the Tulsa VA Medical Center. This initiative aligns with the VA's mission to provide safe and efficient access to medical supplies, supporting clinical operations through improved organization and operational efficiency.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver ten (10) Omnicell XT Supply Racks, model SUP-OTH-001. These racks must meet the following salient characteristics: compatibility with the existing Omnicell rail system, dimensions, configuration, and functional characteristics as specified in the Statement of Work. The items must arrive fully assembled or in manufacturer-standard packaging ready for installation by VA staff. No substitutions are permitted, and only Omnicell-manufactured components are acceptable due to compatibility requirements.

Period of Performance
Delivery of products is required no later than January 8, 2027.

Place of Performance
James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center, 440 S. Houston Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74127.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized distributors of Omnicell Inc. and provide written certification from the OEM confirming authorization to supply the XT Supply Racks. Additionally, compliance with Buy America requirements is necessary.
