Omnicell Win XTE and Server Upgrades   2

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a contractor to implement and support upgrades for Omnicell Windows XTE and Server at various medical centers throughout the VA Midwest Healthcare Network (VISN 23). The upgrades are necessary due to the limitations of existing cabinet consoles, which cannot support newer, more secure operating systems or maintain approved security and Windows updates.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary licensing, software, hardware, mounting solutions, labor, materials, tools, parts, equipment, associated components, testing, training, technical support, maintenance, repair, and project management services (including travel and expenses) required for the Omnicell upgrade. Specific deliverables include:
- Omnicell Upgrade / Replace Equipment FY25 - VISN 23
- Delivery Date: 10 Days ARO
- FOB: DESTINATION

Period of Performance
Delivery is required within 10 days after receipt of order (ARO).

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at multiple locations within the VA Midwest Healthcare Network (VISN 23), including Fort Meade and Hot Springs in South Dakota; Central Iowa; Fargo in North Dakota; Iowa City in Iowa; Sioux Falls in South Dakota; and St. Cloud in Minnesota.
