OM with Repair and Minor Construction at METC   9

Background
The solicitation is for full-service operation and maintenance with incidental repair and minor construction in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Program Medical Education Training Campus (METC) in San Antonio, Texas. The contract includes a site visit/pre-proposal conference on 6 September 2023. The solicitation has undergone multiple amendments, including a change from LPTA to trade-off evaluation.

Work Details
The contract requires performance of preventive, unscheduled, emergency, and reliability-centered maintenance of all facility systems and components type projects in support of DOD medical facilities and their support facilities in a continuous and satisfactory condition on a 24-hour basis, for 7 days per week (on-call requirement apply), excluding federal holidays. Minor construction and repair type projects incidental to the O&M mission may also be assigned a degree of relevancy.
The offeror is required to provide no more than five examples of recent, relevant projects that demonstrate the company’s ability to perform work similar in scope and magnitude to that required by this solicitation. The offeror must also submit evidence of the quality of their past performance for each project.

The construction projects will be performed at the Medical Education and Training Campus (METC) in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Program, Joint Base San Antonio, Texas.
