Description

This is a JEFO to add additional work to the task order.

If you are interested in work at the NIH, I am an assisted acquisitions contracting officer and consequently I only procure off NITAAC GWACS (NAICS 541512, 541519, 334111). Background
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking to add additional work to an existing task order related to the Enterprise Cloud Platform, Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), and IT Applications. The goal of this contract is to ensure the continued operation and support of critical systems that manage NIH facilities and operations. The contracting officer emphasizes that this work will be procured through NITAAC GWACS, specifically for contractors holding relevant codes.

Work Details
The additional work is technically identical to the current scope and will be added as a new Contract Line Item Number (CLIN). The tasks include developing, sustaining, and migrating remaining data within the IWMS, which supports various business processes such as maintenance work orders, repairs, preventative maintenance, utility shutdown requests, construction projects, and facility condition assessments.

The IWMS must operate continuously (24/7/365) as it is mission-critical for NIH facilities. The current contractor possesses unique skills necessary for compliance with federal laws and policies affecting IWMS configurations and integration with other ORF systems. This additional work is essential to avoid service interruptions and ensure a fully operational system by the end of the current task order period.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at NIH facilities located in Maryland.
