Background
This solicitation is issued by the U.S. Army for the procurement of Olympic Clay Targets, specifically designed to meet the standards set by the International Shooting Sports Federation (ISSF).

The goal of this contract is to provide high-quality clay targets for use in ISSF and International Olympic Committee (IOC) sanctioned events. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, encouraging participation from small businesses.

The contract requires the delivery of Olympic Clay Targets with the following specifications:

- Part Number: Sagittario 2000
- Quantity: 214,500 each
- Salient Characteristics:
- Diameter: 110mm (+/-1mm)
- Height: 25-26mm
- Weight: 105g (+/-5g)
- Color: Orange
- Packaging: 1,430 cases of 150 targets each, palletized and delivered.

Detailed specifications can be found in ISSF Rules edition 2022, section 6.3.6.1. Offers must be submitted on an F.O.B. destination basis; any offers not meeting this requirement will be rejected as nonresponsive. Preferred delivery time is within 30 days of order placement.

Period of Performance
Delivery is preferred within 30 days after order placement.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to a specified F.O.B. destination as indicated in the solicitation.
